The very concept of this book is to enable orthopaedic surgeons to perform an operation looking at the serial photographs from instrument trolley to closure of the operation wound. The book covers common operations of all orthopaedic subspecialties. It is meant for all orthopaedic surgeons, it will be particularly useful to upcoming surgeons and senior residents who can perform the operation with confidence after reading the chapters. Senior orthopaedic surgeons will also benefit when they have to perform an operation after a gap.   The emphasis being on serial photographs for an operation, text is brief but adequate and only important list of further reading is provided at the end of the procedure. We have included 122 chapters in the book.
