Illustrated Medical Pharmacology

The book Illustrated Medical Pharmacology has been designed keeping in mind the basics which an undergraduate must know and to impart knowledge regarding rational prescribing of drugs including applied aspects of the drugs. It has a presentation style that offers lucid explanations studded with diagrams, figures, charts and illustrations. Designing a comprehensive but concise and compact book is a challenging task particularly for a vast subject like Pharmacology, thus many newer aspects of the drugs have been purposefully omitted to keep the size of the book fairly compact and to facilitate students for smooth preparing, for their examinations. The priorities for writing the book were to remain lucid without being voluminous and to fulfill the needs of the undergraduate students.
