This record book has been revised and added all required nursing procedures of nursing foundation for first year, community health nursing€“I, medical surgical nursing€“I in second year, medical surgical nursing€“II, child health nursing, psychiatric nursing in third year, obstetric and gynecological nursing and community health nursing€“II in fourth year and other subjects as recommended. Record book has been strictly prepared as per Indian Nursing Council Syllabus. It reflects initially with course distribution and highlights the required practical hours, for respective subjects gives idea about setting a target to complete the procedures, as per requirement it also has the separate allocation to get documented after being supervised and students can get signed for demonstration and re-demonstration of nursing procedure and other required practical procedures for completion of the course.
