Practical Textbook Of Biochemistry For Medical Students

This book is in resonance with the Textbook of Biochemistry for Medical Students, by Vasudevan et al., which is now in the tenth edition. That textbook is now accepted not only inside India, but also various other countries in the world. Spanish edition and Slovak editions of the Textbook are already in market. Students are advised to refer the Textbook for theoretical considerations. This practical book is prepared after consulting the recent MCI (NMC) curriculum. The new curriculum completely abolished most of the old topics and introduced many advanced topics. Accordingly, the contents of the third edition have been completely altered in this 4th edition. Almost all chapters have been rewritten in accordance with the new curriculum. Regarding the experiments in this book, most of the experiments are supposed to do by the students in the practical classes. Some of these will be demonstrated in the practical classes. In the end, a few case reports are also included, which will be useful for the students to prepare the practical examinations.
